Absolutely! The new laws signed into effect by Vladimir Putin bans gay propaganda and allows the government to arrest and detain gay or pro gay foreigners for up to 14 days, fined up to 100,000 rubles, then deportation. Unless you are planning to spend your Russian vacation in prison hob nobbing with the likes of Kazaky or Tilda Swinton- I would change my plans. I suspect a full on boycott will ensue and we can start today by refusing to purchase and consume any Russian vodka.
